With the sale of our house pending, we may soon be moving into a much smaller space. Having two cats, my husband recommended shaving them or getting a FURminator.
Well I just got an Amazon rewards certificate in the mail today (for using my credit card), so I thought I'd use it to buy a FURminator before I come home to "naked" cats one of these days.
So has anyone ever used one of these things? I hope they work!
Hi!
ReplyDeleteI wanted to let you know that I got my rings and I LOVE THEM! Thanks so much!!
You're welcome! I'm glad you like them. :)
ReplyDeleteI've used one of these one my dog and it totally does the trick! My cats don't really shed so I wouldn't know there but a friend of mine has had success with hers. I'd recommend it :)
ReplyDeleteYour cats don't shed? Where can I get one of those?! ;)
ReplyDeleteDoes it detangle the hair or just take out the loose hair?
ReplyDeleteIt doesn't detangle at all - it takes out all the loose hair, especially the undercoat I guess.
ReplyDeleteI work in a grooming salon, and we SWEAR by the furminator. When the cat groomer brushes out a medium or long hair cat with the furminator, she ends up with a pile of hair that is the size of the entire cat (or bigger!). And I personally think it's really fun to brush out a cat or dog with one!
ReplyDeleteIf you get one and use it, you definitely have to do a blog post about it. I'd love to know how it turns out.
